Last week, I made a menu plan.
I posted that plan.
And I quickly ditched said plan.
Let's see if this week goes any differently.
Here goes.....
Monday - Fried potatoes and kielbasa
Tuesday - Tacos/Burritos
Wednesday - Grilled chicken and fresh green beans
Thursday - Mexican Potato Casserole
Friday - - Not really sure yet, it's my birthday and I still haven't decided what I want
Saturday - Tri-tip, green rice
Sunday - BLTs/BELTs (E = fried egg)
