Why oh why?

Why does nobody want me to buy ground beef at a sale price? 

I've been needing a sale (preferably a loss leader sale) on ground beef for about seven weeks now.  This is getting a tad irritating.  I'm completely out. 

Yes, I could pay full price, but that goes against my grain. 

Did I mention I have three stores that could possibly put the meat on sale?  So that's like twenty-one chances for a sale in the seven weeks I've been needing it.  This is sad.

I'm sad.
