What? Another week gone? Is anyone else surprised that it's flying by at such a fast pace?! Good grief....
*rubs forehead*
Ok, I think I'm ready. Maybe. Well, probably not. But it'll happen whether I'm ready or not. Right? One of the best ways to set myself up for success to have a menu plan. Last week we had a few changes which were reflected in the meals that actually got prepared, but it's all good - I just moved them to this week.
Monday - Apple Pancake
Tuesday - Turkey Broccoli/Cauliflower Supreme
Wednesday - Oven Omelet Roll
Thursday - FFA (It's Back to School Night at the school, there will hardly be time to eat!)
Friday - Homemade Pizza
Saturday - Prime Rib (my birthday dinner since Thursday will be crazy)
Sunday - Tijuana Torte (2x batch and freeze)
