For the last 12 years, this has been "home" for us.
It was time for a change.
Time to set him up for promotion.
Time to be (and the best in my opinion) Non-Deployable.
As with all changes, this one is a little scary - because it's different.
Like a new pair of shoes, unsure of how they will fit.
But the prospects are there.
And the outlook is good.
